Our services includes comprehensive supplier management, thorough research, service bookings, and ongoing communication with all vendors. We develop schedules, contribute our insights on arrangements and features, create detailed timetables, among other responsibilities. Since we love a good dinner and party we’re always guiding the toastmaster/MC and plan the dinner experience together with them.
By managing all communications and logistics, we ensure a high standard of quality and alleviate the need for you to engage with multiple suppliers, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy the experience.
We dedicate approximately 300 hours to each wedding we plan and coordinate, prioritizing a seamless flow throughout both the planning process and the wedding days.

Bespoke Stationery & Graphic design
We provide graphic design for all your wedding stationery, and we vibe with couples who are searching for unique and chic designs for their big day. We tailor the design to every client and make the stationery in line with the whole picture.
Graphic design includes a start-up meeting, creative direction (moodboarding), monogram creation, font pairing, color creation, decorative elements creation and visual presentation of the concept.
The invitation design comes with a custom website. We expect that the wedding day stationery includes welcome/ceremony sign, ceremony folder, dinner seating chart, menu, place cards and a bar menu. If you are having a rehearsal dinner this could also include a welcome sign, menus and placecards. These items can be “switched out” to better match the vision.
